Then have you ever thought of becoming a Volunteer?

​

The "Friends of Derriford Hospital Kidney Unit", Kidney Patient association are always looking for volunteers to help with charity events to assist in raising money to help local kidney patient sand their families, independently and communally and by funding equipment for the renal unit.

Our volunteers can give as little or as much of their time to help as they wish. Any assistance you can provide is very much appreciated. Tha charity could not exist without you.

There are Plenty of things that a volunteer can do to help. Here are just a few:

• Do you like Baking? - We hold Bake sales so you could help by baking or participating with the sale itself.

• Do you like Knitting or any typ of craft? - We run craft fair at which we have a stall. you could make things to sell on the stall or the website, or be a helping hand at the craft fair, manning the stall, serving on the refreshments stall. 

•  If you want to get Actively involved, Help with the running and stewarding of community and fund raising events, like curry and quiz nights, shopping trips and outings.

• Or  you can run your own fundraisers, such as coffee mornings, or sponsored activities.

There is no end to the things that volunteers can do to help. Why not give it some thought? or get in touch.
